Hedvig Lidgard Ström, a member of the Board of Directors of Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) has announced her resignation from the Board of Directors of the company on 22nd November 2021.

Hedvig Lidgard Ström has served on the Board since 2016 and has decided to resign due to personal reasons.

The process of electing a replacement board member will follow due process.
