Born 1984. Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Aaron has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2026. He joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2024. Aaron has several years of experience in the life sciences sector, having held senior financial leadership positions and earned a reputation for driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation. He has also held senior management positions within the banking industry in London.

Aaron is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and studied Accounting and Finance at De Montfort University in Leicester.

Fredrik holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in chemical engineering with a specialization in pharma from Malmö University, and has a long background in analytical chemistry and drug development. He has worked within the organization since 1999 and has been part of Magle Chemoswed’s senior management since 2019.

Born: 1975. Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) since 2022.

Simon has more than 16 years of international experience in the Life Science industry where he held various management positions within R&D, Innovation, and Business Development. Simon holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry from LTH, the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.

Helena holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in chemical engineering and an Executive MBA from EMBA Mgruppen.
She has a long background in the Life Science industry and has has held various senior roles in marketing, commercialization and business development before joining Magle Group, most recently as Marketing & Innovation Director at the oral health company TePe Oral Hygiene Products.

Megi has a master’s degree (M.S) in European Business law from Lund University. She has completed her doctorate (Ph.D) in Law at Lund University. Megi is the in-house senior legal counsel and supports the company in its listing, acquisitions, mergers and legal compliance programs. Her tasks, among others, include contract management, corporate actions, and compliance with market rules.

Born in 1971. Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
Barbara has a master’s degree in law (LLM) from Lunds University and joined Magle Group as CHRO in 2023. Before joining, she had several years of experience in the life sciences sector. Barbara has extensive experience from different multinational organisations such as SONY and IKEA and has successfully led teams as well as held senior HR positions in an international context.
