Aaron has several years of experience in the life sciences sector, having held senior financial leadership positions and earned a reputation for driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation. He has also held senior management positions within the banking industry in London.
Aaron is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and studied Accounting and Finance at De Montfort University in Leicester.
