Vid extra bolasstämma i Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) den 1 Oktober 2020 som hölls genom poströstningsförfarande fattades i huvidsak följande beslut:
- Joel Eklund valdes till ny styrelseledamot för tiden intill slutet av årsstämman 2021.
- Den föreslagna ersättningen till den nya styrelseledamoten godkändes.
